Badger state Regulars (BSR) is a group structured with a military style chain of command that is comprised of free born persons who believe in the founding principles outlined in our Constitution, the protection of our sacred liberties and freedoms as endowed by our creator, and as stated in the Declaration of Independence. Membership is voluntary and each member must meet the following criteria in order to become a member of the BSR:
• Each member of the BSR must affirm and believe in a creator, for without this belief it is not possible to acknowledge as our founders stated in the Declaration of Independence that our rights are unalienable.
• Each member must affirm and believe that our liberties and freedoms are derived from these unalienable rights as bestowed on us from our creator, and that they must be preserved and protected at all cost in order to remain a free people and nation.
• Each member of the BSR must be a citizen of the United States of America, and be at least 18 years of age.
The Badger State Regulars (BSR) operates with a chain of command and this chain of command is in place to simplify organizational operations and structure, and even though positions of rank are given, we are not a military nor a rogue militia, and are not governed by a separate set of laws. We adhere to the laws of our country and of our individual states, and will remain ever vigilant to ensure that laws are not made which may infringe on our liberties and freedoms.
Membership in the Badger State Regulars (BSR) is voluntary and any member may leave the organization at any time by providing written notice to their superior officer. We will not tolerate discrimination based on race, gender, or religious differences, and the only religious requirement is a belief in a creator as mentioned above. Any act of discrimination or abuse must be reported to the chain of command, after which an investigation will be performed. If the allegations of discrimination are found to be valid, the member who violated this requirement will be immediately expelled from the Badger State Regulars.
BSR members are encouraged to “lead by example” as exemplary free born persons, and to be active in their respective communities, in their local governments, available to help in the event of natural disasters, and be a role model for the young as well as our fellow humanity. We must also seek to educate the people of our communities about the founding principles of our country, the greatness of the structure as laid out by our founding fathers, and the adherence to the principles limiting the size of the federal government in order to keep the power of government at the state and local level where the people have more direct input, thus holding elected officials to greater accountability in the positions for which they have been entrusted.
As free born men and women it is our responsibility to keep the power of the federal government limited as set forth by our Constitution in order to protect our liberties and freedoms and prevent the potential for tyranny or dictatorial government control. In the event that power of government through tyranny or dictatorship should prevail, it is the duty of the people to rise up and restore our republic to the constraints and limits imposed by our Constitution.
In order to do this, our founders presupposed that all free born people (Males at that time) were considered militia and must remain ready to be called up to defend our republic. The 2nd Amendment ensures that the “right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” and is there to ensure that the people are not left unarmed and unable to defend themselves and our liberties.
BSR believes that as people of the United States for America, part of our responsibility is also to train and prepare to be ready at a moment’s notice to stand up and defend our great nation against either tyranny or injustice, and along with our involvement in our communities, we must train and equip to defend if necessary.
If you are offended by or disagree with any of these requirements, you are encouraged to find another organization whose principles and requirements fall more in line with your values and thinking, and not seek membership with the Badger State Regulars!
Organizational Plan
All members of the Badger State Regulars (BSR) shall be actively involved in their respective communities in order to be able to protect and defend our liberties and our freedoms. To accomplish this never ending task as the “Guardians of Liberty”, Badger State Regulars will follow a strict organizational plan we call B.E.P. and all members are required to adhere to and buy into this plan in order to effectively preserve our liberties and our freedoms as Americans. The plan details are as follows:
Be Involved:
• Attend local city and town meetings to stay in tune with proposed changes to local ordinances or laws, which may not be in the best interest of the people of their community.
• Volunteer to work as poll watchers/workers during local, state, and federal elections, and stand ready to protect voters from voter intimidation methods from agenda driven groups or organizations.
• Meet with local officials and sheriff’s departments to introduce the BSR, and let them know what our objective and purpose is all about. Let them know that we are ready and willing to help in the event of emergencies or national disasters, where an involved people can help in restoring order after such events.
• Meet with and get to know legislators at the state and federal levels. Invite them to speak at meetings for our members, schedule open public meetings pertaining to legislation (current or proposed) or peoples concerns and invite them to attend and speak at these meetings.
• Attend public meetings, hearings, town hall meetings, and open forums to remain in touch with current and proposed legislation to ensure that laws which violate our Constitutional liberties, are not pushed though under the cover of darkness.
• Meet and establish a presence with local media to pass information on to the general public. Send out press releases and advertisements for BSR new member drives, training classes, or meetings to discuss proposed legislation which may affect free born peoples liberties and freedoms.
Educate:
• Meet with school board members and attend meetings open to the public in each member’s respective community. Ensure that course curriculums do not push agenda driven courses, but rather, teach our children the founding principles of our country, teach accurate accounts of our nation’s history, and educate them and not indoctrinate them with propagandist information.
• Hold meetings open to the general public to educate them on the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and our founding principles. Invite speakers who have expertise in these areas, as well as local, state, and federal, legislators who can brief the public on legislative happenings.
• Meet with local school officials to schedule presentations in classrooms on American history, our founding principles, the Declaration of Independence, and our Constitution. Hand out or send out pocket copies of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence to the students and encourage them to take them home to read and discuss them with their parents.
• If you have children in these schools, work with their teachers to come in and speak to their classes about the same.
• Use social media, blogs, and other methods to get the true facts out regarding our representative republic and how it was intended to keep the power at the state level and not the federal levels. Stress the importance of being involved in the legislative process and how these outcomes have a direct effect on our liberties and freedoms.
Prepare:
• All members are encouraged to strive for self sufficiency in their lifestyle, to reduce if not eliminate dependence on others for food, energy, and protection.
• As free born people of the United States for America, our founders presupposed that every person was unorganized militia and must be prepared if called up to an organized militia to defend our great nation. As such, BSR believes that we are militia, but we also look at this as only one part of our overall duties as Americans. We must train and prepare as well as be involved and educate if we are to be responsible in protecting our freedoms and liberites, and it this philosophy and foundation upon which we have built our group.
• We must prepare ourselves and our families for disasters either man made or by nature.
